I'm a Portland-based thirty-something with two kids and a sweetie husband. By trade, I'm a family nurse practitioner with over a decade of medical experience under my belt.

By passion, I'm a writer working to dispel the toxic purity culture approach to sexual education in Christian circles. That's why I wrote Not Just One Talk: From the Fear-Based Sex Talk to Grace-Filled, Ongoing Conversations and launched the Purity Playlist podcast.

My goal? Ditch the guilt, embrace honest conversations, and prove that faith and sexuality can play nice - no shame required.
